JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile professional to take on the dual role of Potato Agronomist & Shipping and Logistics Coordinator. This position combines agronomic expertise in potato production with logistical oversight to ensure the seamless movement of high-quality potatoes from the field to their final destination. The ideal candidate will excel at managing crop quality and field operations while also handling shipping schedules, inventory, and communication with supply chain partners.

GENERAL SKILLS:

· Familiarity with scouting tools, software, and agronomic data analysis.
· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic, fast-paced environments.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to field locations.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

· Certification as a Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) or willingness to obtain.
· Proficiency in GIS mapping and precision agriculture tools
· Hands-on experience with integrated pest management (IPM) practices.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
