About the role We’re hiring a full-time Studio Porter to support the behind-the-scenes operations of our pottery café. This is a practical, hands-on role focused on stock management, paint prep, packing, and organisation to keep the studio running smoothly day to day. This role is best suited to someone who enjoys structured, methodical work and takes pride in keeping systems organised and reliable. Key responsibilities General Restocking Preparing and portioning paints Packing finished items for collection and shipping Organising storage and stock areas Preparing and checking customer collections Flagging overdue or missing items General back-of-house prep and packing tasks What we’re looking for Reliable and punctual, with strong attention to detail Comfortable with repetitive, practical tasks Organised and able to follow systems and checklists Physically comfortable being on your feet and handling light lifting
