JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced tutor to join our pottery team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in teaching absolute beginners how to throw a simple pot on the wheel.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching,
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate clear interactions with the pottery team
• A patient and adaptable approach to teaching that fosters a positive learning environment for all our customers
  Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
  Pay: £22.50-£35.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 1 – 10 per week

• Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in a fun pub setting adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
• Develop customised lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to the learning styles of each student.
• Communicate effectively with the team to discuss progress and address any concerns that arise
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure that supplies are always available
• Look smart and professional at workshops
