Hineuru Iwi Trust is the post-settlement governance entity for Ngāti Hineuru, a proud iwi with deep connections to Te Haroto, the Mohaka and Rangitāiki awa, and surrounding whenua. We are committed to revitalising the wellbeing of our whānau, whenua, and taiao. We are passionate about advancing environmental outcomes that reflect our mātauranga, and we’re looking for someone who shares that vision.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you passionate about te taiao and ready to make an impact in the environmental space? Hineuru Iwi Trust is looking for a dedicated Pou Taiao Projects Assistant to work closely with our Pou Taiao and contribute to kaupapa that protect and enhance the whenua and wai of our rohe.
This is a full-time, fixed-term role until June 2026, ideal for someone looking to grow in the iwi environmental management space.
