OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated Processor to join our team in the food production industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This position requires a strong understanding of food safety protocols and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. The position is for Wednesdays 8am to 5pm. In December there will be more hours available, as it is our busiest month.

• Operate processing equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards.
• Assist in the preparation and handling of raw materials, ensuring proper storage and sanitation practices are followed.
• Collaborate with team members to optimise production efficiency and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
