Full Job Description: * Prepare, clean, mask, and hang parts for the powder coating process * Perform general physical activities that require lifting, swooping, stacking, and organizing parts, packaging, and handling parts. * Operate powder coating spray equipment according to SOPs * Apply coatings with a consistent technique and thickness * Monitor curing ovens, line speed, and workflow * Perform in-process and final quality inspections to identify the cause of errors or defects, to sort defective parts, or to count parts. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area * Follow safety guidelines and handle equipment responsibly * Communicate effectively with the team to support smooth production flow Preferred Qualifications: * Able to manage tasks without micromanagement * Strong sense of ownership over quality and productivity * Comfortable working in a fast-paced operations environment * Values quality and precision while following processes carefully * Works well with others and is willing to learn new duties * 1-2 years of production experience with a metal manufacturer * Ability to read and interpret gauges such as calipers, tape measures, micrometers, etc * Ability to read and interpret blueprints Required Qualifications: * Reliable, accountable, and disciplined while staying on task * Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized processes * Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for most of the shift * Strong attention to detail and steady, methodical work style * Must be adaptable and with a positive attitude to help other team members * Must be willing and able to perform any job assignment as production levels shift and job priorities change Benefits: * Performance & Attendance Bonuses  * Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance at 60 days * Long and Short-Term disability coverage * Critical illness, accident, hospital indemnity * HSA and FSA opportunities * 401(k) with company match after 60 days * Paid Holidays & Vacation * Personal Time * Weekly Pay Wages:  *  $18- $19.00 * Plus, a shift premium for Night Shift is $1 * You will have an opportunity to earn an additional $1.50 an hour  Apply here, and we will send a link to complete the application and culture index survey.  *** This survey must be completed at the time of the application being submitted. ***    If you have any questions or issues, please call 260-488-1800.     Join the team that makes a Meaningful Difference in Lives!         Page rak     Nights Monday- Thursday 8 pm - 6 am (2) 10-minute breaks, 20-minute paid Lunch.
