Why This Is a Great Opportunity • $1,000 sign-on bonus • No weekends — great work-life balance • Competitive pay + opportunities for overtime • Strong benefits & paid time off • Friendly, team-oriented environment • Opportunity to learn powder coating, paint booth, and wash prep processes • Personal and professional growth potential Schedule 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM What You’ll Learn & Do • Prepare parts for powder coating: clean, wash, degrease, mask, and hang • Operate powder coat and electrostatic spray equipment per specifications • Load/unload parts on paint line and ovens • Monitor coating thickness, coverage, and finish quality • Inspect parts and perform touch-ups or rework as needed • Adjust gun settings, powder flow, air pressure, and assist with color changes • Clean and maintain spray equipment and booths • Follow work instructions, quality standards, and spray patterns • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized paint area • Support production flow as a line handler and package/stage finished parts • Communicate issues to supervisors and team members • Perform other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For • High school diploma or GED preferred • Prior powder coating or painting experience in a manufacturing environment preferred • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate spray and line equipment • Ability to follow written and demonstrated work instructions • Attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, stoop, and sit for long periods • Comfortable working in hot or cold manufacturing environments • Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays Benefits • Paid Time Off (PTO) + 9 Paid Holidays • Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance • 401(k) Plan + Profit Sharing • Referral Program • Friendly, collaborative team environment • Opportunities for training, growth, and advancement Valley Craft Ind.
