The Opportunity: Powder Coat Team Lead Primary Function: The Powdercoat Team Lead is responsible preparing various sheet metal products, including surface cleaning and masking to print specifications. The Team Lead is also responsible for communicating priorities to the powder team and following through to ensure timely completion as well as expected quality. Essential Functions: Follow work instructions to powder coat sheet metal parts to customer spec. Reviews finished parts, ensuring compliance with customer quality standards. Maintain records to ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs, as well as certifications and audit requirements. Routine cleaning and basic maintenance to ensure optimal function of equipment, Delegates responsibilities to team as needed. Maintains inventory of powder supplies including masking. Responsible for ensuring a clean and safe work environment. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $25.00-$27.00 per hour.
