We are seeking experienced Powdercoat Operators to join our team.

THE ROLES OPERATE ON A ROTATING SHIFT BASIS AS FOLLOWS:

Week 1: 6am - 2.30pm Monday to Friday
Weel 2: 9.30am - 6pm Monday to Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Load and unload parts to the conveyor line.
· Mask and unmask parts according to the process sheet.
· Spray off debris from the parts on the line as they come through · Inspect parts for defects.
· Load parts on pallets for shipping.
· Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with company procedures and regulations.
· Applying a wide range of powder coatings per manufacturers requirements on a multiple variety of castings and stampings.
· Ensure all work produced in the environmentally controlled paint room meets customers quality expectations.
· Provide input for new ideas to improve line density of products while maintaining top quality to customers.
