JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying powder coatings to various metal surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet industry standards. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in industrial painting techniques, including powder coating and auto painting.
  • Mechanical knowledge with experience in fabrication, machining, and assembly processes.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and welding practices.
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency.
  • Basic math skills for measuring and mixing materials accurately.
  • Previous warehouse experience is advantageous for effective materials handling.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and cranes safely within the work environment.
