We are looking for a skilled Powder Coating Technician to lead finishing processes for custom architectural products. You must have a strong eye for quality and technical knowledge of powder coating standards

• Clean, sand, and prepare metal surfaces before coating.
• Mask components to protect non-coated areas.
• Apply powder coating using spray guns and electrostatic equipment.
• Operate curing ovens and monitor temperature/time settings.
• Inspect coated items for defects, coverage, and finish quality.
• Perform minor assembly and fitting of coated parts.
• Rework or touch up items as needed to meet standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tools, and work area.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of coating materials.
