Description Powder Coating Assistant Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Powder Coating Assistant, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our powder coating processes for MDF cabinet faces, including doors, drawers, and end panels. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment dedicated to producing high-quality cabinetry components. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation and handling of MDF surfaces for powder coating. - Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently, applying coatings to cabinet faces, doors, drawers, and end panels. - Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications. - Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols at all times. - Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving coating issues as they arise. - Assist with inventory management of coating supplies and materials.
