Who we are looking for: We are seeking an experienced Powder Coating Manager to lead and oversee all operations in our powder coating department. This is a full-time management position within a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is passionate about quality control, process improvement, and team development. If you have proven experience managing powder coating operations and are driven to improve efficiency and results, we want to hear from you! We are looking for someone who can: Manage and oversee daily powder coating operations, ensuring product quality, production goals, and on-time delivery. Supervise, train, and mentor powder coating technicians and staff. Develop and enforce schedules to meet production and assembly requirements. Maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards and company safety policies. Inspect and monitor powder coating equipment (spray guns, ovens, booths, line systems) to ensure consistent coating thickness and finish quality. Implement process improvements to reduce costs, improve workflow, and increase output. Keep current with powder coating technologies, tools, and techniques. Maintain accurate production logs, reports, and documentation. Address employee performance, attendance, and operational issues promptly. Assist with overall department and production needs as required. Perform all other duties as assigned.
