OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Powder Coating & Sandblasting Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing a variety of metal surfaces to meet quality and safety standards. Experience in powder coating or sandblasting is considered an asset, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in powder coating and/or sandblasting is an asset, but not required.
• Work with attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle heavy parts and stand for extended periods.
• Need to speak English or French

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Capacité de communiquer en anglais ou en français.

• Prepare parts and surfaces for coating, including cleaning, masking, and sandblasting.
• Operate sandblasting equipment to remove rust, paint, and surface contaminants.
• Apply powder coatings using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Cure finished parts in ovens and inspect for quality control.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform routine maintenance and safe operation of equipment.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed.
