QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of configuration experience with a Microsoft Power Platform
  • 8+ years of customization experience with Dataverse and Model-driven Power Apps (OData, Plugins, Workflows, Cloud Flows, API integration using SDK)
  • 8+ years Integration experience with third party systems using APIs (REST/SOAP)/Dataflows/SSIS
  • 5+ years of Azure integration services implementation with MS Power Platform
  • Own end-to-end design and architecture documentation
  • Own code quality, unit testing, packaging of the code, solution management
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
  • Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

  • Design, Develop and support Microsoft Power Platform
  • Design, Develop, deploy, and unit test integration components using approved tools

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Apps Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform solutions for a Federal Health client. This role requires deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies, with a strong understanding of federal health regulations, security, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and business users to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that drive digital transformation in the federal health sector.

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of Power Apps solutions tailored to federal health requirements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop model-driven and canvas apps, custom connectors, and integrations with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and external data sources.
  • Design and implement workflows using Power Automate, ensuring alignment with federal health processes and compliance standards.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to federal security, privacy, and accessibility standards (e.g., FISMA, HIPAA, Section 508).
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in Power Platform development.
  • Conduct solution reviews, performance tuning, and optimization of Power Apps and related components.
  • Prepare architecture documentation, technical diagrams, and deployment plans.
  • Support client presentations, demos, and training sessions.
  • Stay current with Power Platform updates, federal health IT trends, and regulatory changes.
