JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced PowerApps Developer with over 10 years of expertise to design and implement robust, scalable solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Dataverse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building customized solutions to meet business needs, automating workflows, and creating visually compelling reports and dashboards.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10 years of experience in IT/software development, with at least 4+ years specializing in the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Dataverse).
• Strong expertise in Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Proficiency in integrating Power Platform applications with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, Azure, and other third-party data sources.
• Solid experience in PowerFX, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and C# for extending Power Platform capabilities.
• Experience with developing custom APIs and connectors to integrate external systems with Power Platform solutions.
• Proficiency in working with relational databases, including SQL Server, Dataverse, and Excel.
• Strong experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies to manage project lifecycle efficiently.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems with innovative, automated solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Microsoft Power Platform or related certifications (preferred).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, including DAX queries, report development, and dashboard creation.
• Familiarity with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and AI Builder.
• Experience implementing Power Platform governance, environment management, and data security best practices.
• Experience with AI Builder, RPA, and advanced workflow automation techniques.

• Design, build, and enhance custom apps (both canvas and model-driven) within Power Apps, based on business requirements.
• Create, automate, and optimize workflows using Power Automate to streamline and automate business processes.
• Design and implement Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that provide actionable insights into business performance.
• Extend the capabilities of the Power Platform by developing custom connectors, plugins, and components using JavaScript, C#, and PowerFX.
• Manage and manipulate data within Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, and other data sources to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Design and automate business processes and approval workflows, integrating multiple platforms and services.
• Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure that deliverables meet business needs.
• Test, debug, and resolve issues in Power Platform applications and workflows to ensure stability and optimal performance.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system architecture, design specs, user guides, and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to Power Platform governance, data security policies, and compliance standards.
• Mentor junior developers and guide teams in implementing Power Platform best practices and coding standards.
