POWER APPS DEVELOPER

Seeking an experienced Power Platform Specialist to design, build, and optimize automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure services. Based in Toronto with a hybrid work setup, this strategic contract role offers a dynamic opportunity in the insurance industry to drive digital transformation.

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Ensure seamless integration between Power Platform tools and services such as Azure SQL, Enterprise SQL Server, SharePoint, and Outlook.
• Develop solutions using Azure services, especially Azure SQL, to support scalable data handling and process automation.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support production issues across business units.
• Conduct testing to validate the quality, performance, and reliability of developed applications.
• Deploy and maintain Power Platform and Azure-based solutions in compliance with organizational standards.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide data-driven insights.
• Support end-users through training, documentation, and technical assistance.
• Stay current on Power Platform and Azure updates and suggest improvements accordingly.
• Support team development by contributing to capability-building initiatives and participating in continuous learning.
