Description

Job Description We are currently looking Power BI- Customer Service for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions. Key Accountabilities • Collect and analyze department requirements and prepare trend analysis reports from all monitoring activities within the Customer Experience Department. Reporting & Documentation • Assist in preparing reports in Excel and dashboards. • Ensure timely submission of required reports. Qualification & Experience • Excellent oral and written skills in English. • Must be an expert in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PPT, Power BI etc.). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)

Responsibilities

The role involves collecting and analyzing department requirements and preparing trend analysis reports for the Customer Experience Department. Additionally, the candidate will assist in preparing reports and dashboards in Excel.
