We’re looking for a Power BI Developer to design, build, and maintain business-critical dashboards and analytics solutions across our SaaS products and internal operations. This role is focused on Power BI, DAX, and business-facing analytics. You’ll work closely with Product, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to translate business questions into clear metrics, dashboards, and insights that drive decision-making. About Us What's new? Your mission Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports Develop advanced DAX measures and calculations Build optimized data models and reusable datasets Ensure performance, accuracy, and scalability of reports Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs Translate business requirements into KPIs and actionable insights Analyze customer and product data to identify trends and opportunities Create tailored dashboard views for different personas (executives, product, sales) Work with SQL-based data sources and collaborate with data engineers Validate data accuracy and consistency across sources Present insights in a clear, concise, and compelling way Requirements - 2+ years of experience in data analytics or BI roles - Experience in SaaS environments - Strong proficiency in Power BI and DAX - Ability to communicate insights effectively and tell a compelling data story - Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) - advantage - BA/MA degree in relevant areas – an advantage About AudioCodes AudioCodes is a global leader in unified communications, voice, contact center and conversational AI services and solutions for enterprises, enabling them to improve their customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX) through enhanced communications and collaboration.
