REQUIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Fully fluent in English is a mandatory requirement
• 3+ years of experience in Power BI development & data visualization
• Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and data modelling
• Experience in creating user-friendly, dynamic dashboards
• Knowledge with SQL & integrating multiple data sources
• Strong project and coordination management skills, ability to manage several projects simultaneously with various levels of complexity
• Strong analytical skills and data-mindset, ability to identify actionable next steps and to draw conclusions and make recommendations in a concise way
• Experience with documenting processes, controls and best practices
• Familiarity with technology infrastructure, software and services commonly used in the industry

• Collaborate with other IT divisions and stakeholders to understand projects requirements
• Develop and maintain dashboards & reports in Power BI
• Design, create and manage interactive power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Perform data analysis and translate these findings into visually compelling reports
• Integrate and transform data from multiple sources using Power Query, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Power BI reports to ensure efficient data processing and quick response times
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and best visualization practices
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, data models, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuity
• Support the department in optimising the data analysis and reporting tools
• Provide training and support to team members on Power BI functionalities
