Humberside Fire and Rescue Service are looking for a forward-thinking individual who can help to redesign and refresh the current set of Power BI dashboards. The Service has a well-established set of dashboards that have enabled data-led decision making. The Service is data rich and is looking for someone to review the current dashboards, create a standardised template and help to build a new set of metrics to support day to day performance.
The Service are moving all datasets across to a centralised data warehouse and the second phase of the project will see the successful candidate involved in repointing the dashboards to the new data model.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the below skills.
· Designing and developing interactive dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
· Experience of improving existing Power BI dashboards to ensure they are modern and future proof.
· Managing data from various sources, including SQL Server, by cleaning and preparing it for use in dashboards, while maintaining a high level of data accuracy.
· Utilisation of DAX, Power Query, R and other languages to enhance Power BI dashboards.
