Job Description We’re looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to join our team at ARHS Group, part of Accenture. If you have a strong background in data visualization and a passion for helping businesses leverage data to drive growth, we want you to be part of our team! THE WORK: Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to effectively visualize data. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data visualization requirements and ensure accurate reporting. Optimize Power BI solutions for both performance and data accuracy. Ensure adherence to data governance policies and best practices in data visualization. Provide training and ongoing support for Power BI users. Work with data engineers to access and transform data for reporting. Maintain version control and documentation for Power BI reports. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data visualization and reporting. Onsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen client relationships. Our roles require in-person time to encourage collaboration, learning, and relationship-building with clients, colleagues, and communities. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of professional experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and Power Pivot. Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices. Experience in data modeling, database design, and transforming raw data into useful insights. Familiarity with data security and compliance standards. Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems with data. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English (spoken and written). BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Experience with other BI tools or technologies. Knowledge of database systems like SQL Server, Oracle, or similar. Experience with Agile methodologies. French language skills.
