As a Power BI Developer, you will transform complex data into actionable insights through robust visualizations, dashboards, and reports. This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys problem-solving, data analysis, and creating visual solutions that drive decision-making. \n Accountabilities Connect to multiple data sources and perform data preparation, selecting storage modes and managing cloud-based and on-premises data. Profile, clean, transform, and load data, ensuring data quality, consistency, and proper joins. Build and optimize data models, define table relationships, leverage DAX for complex measures, and enhance model performance. Create insightful reports and dashboards, applying advanced analytics to expose trends and actionable insights. Deploy, maintain, and manage datasets and deliverables to ensure consistent accessibility and reliability. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Power BI solutions. Requirements Minimum of 3 years’ experience in data visualization and reporting, including at least 1 year of Power BI development. Proficiency with Power BI tools, including Dataflows, PowerQuery ETL, Common Data Model, visuals, and paginated reports. Strong SQL and/or PL-SQL skills. Experience working with tables, matrices, and relational data structures. Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate or equivalent certification preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in mission-sensitive or government environments. US Citizenship required (clearable for federal agency background investigations). Benefits Competitive salary range: $100,000 – $180,000, based on experience and qualifications.
