Job Description We are currently looking for Power BI Developer (Offshore) for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions: Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of experience in Power BI development and business intelligence. Expert in DAX, Power Query (M language), and SQL for data transformation. Strong experience in data modeling, ETL, and report performance optimization. Hands-on experience with Power Automate, SharePoint, and Azure Data Services. Ability to integrate SAP, Salesforce, Databricks, and cloud-based data sources. Understanding of AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling in Power BI (preferred). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Power BI Development & Optimization Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards. Optimize DAX calculations and queries for performance. Implement row-level security (RLS) and role-based access. Data Modeling & ETL Build and maintain data models to support business reporting. Develop ETL pipelines using Power Query, SQL, and Power Automate. Integrate multiple data sources (SharePoint, Databricks, SAP, Salesforce, API etc.). Power Platform & Automation Leverage Power Automate to schedule report refreshes and send notifications. Integrate Power BI with Power Apps and SharePoint for advanced reporting solutions. Automate workflows for data extraction and transformation. Business Intelligence & Insights Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable dashboards. Conduct data analysis and provide insights to improve business decision-making. Performance Tuning & Best Practices Optimize Power BI reports for speed and efficiency. Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and compliance. Monitor report usage and suggest improvements. Terms and conditions Joining time frame: (15 - 30 days)

Responsibilities

The Power BI Developer will design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards while optimizing DAX calculations for performance. They will also build and maintain data models and develop ETL pipelines to support business reporting.
