JOB TITLE: POWER BI DEVELOPER

Location: Remote (CONUS/50 U.S.)
Travel Required: Remote work from anywhere in the 50 U.S. states.
Salary is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate’s location, relevant experience, and qualifications.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

The Power BI Developer will enhance and maintain SSG Fox SPGP dashboards, translating business requirements into intuitive, human-centered data visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy new/enhanced Power BI dashboards and reports
• Conduct usability testing and requirements gathering with stakeholders
• Deliver the “Usability and Recommendations Report”
• Create and maintain Power BI data models
• Troubleshoot dashboard performance and data accuracy issues

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Experience: 5+ years in business intelligence or data visualization

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:

• 3+ years hands-on Power BI development
• Strong DAX and Power Query skills
• Data modeling expertise with SQL/NoSQL sources
• Understanding of UI/UX principles for dashboards
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
  Preferred: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification, federal BI project experience, and human-centered design expertise.
