Description We are seeking an analytical and business‑focused Power BI Specialist to join the GEDU IT Engineering Team in Noida, supporting Schiller International University. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and the Spain‑based Schiller Data Team to deliver performance reporting, insights, and decision‑support analytics that drive strategic planning and operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models to support KPI tracking and management reporting * Translate business and performance requirements into actionable analytics solutions * Build scalable data models and advanced DAX measures (including time intelligence and variance analysis) * Ensure data accuracy through validation, transformation, and governance best practices * Manage Power BI Service assets, workspaces, dataset refresh, gateways, and RLS * Deliver executive‑ready insights and storytelling through Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint * Continuously optimize reports for performance, usability, and scalability Requirements * 2+ years of experience in Power BI / business analytics roles * Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL * Solid understanding of data modeling and performance optimization * Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for leadership reporting * Strong business acumen, communication, and stakeholder management skills * Experience working with global teams * Bachelor’s degree in BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech or equivalent experience Good to Have * PL‑300 Power BI Data Analyst certification * Spanish language proficiency GEDU Global Education is a dynamic and innovative group of education providers.
