Job Description Job Title: Power BI Technical Lead with Azure Phys Location: Burlington MA – onsite – Need locals only Key Responsibilities • Power BI o Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports. o Create data models, DAX measures, and visualizations to support business insights. o Optimize reports for performance and scalability. o Integrate Power BI with various data sources (SQL Server, ServiceNow, Salesforce, JIRA, Excel, SharePoint, Azure, APIs, etc.). • Power Automate o Build and manage automated workflows to streamline repetitive tasks and approvals. o Integrate Power Automate flows with Office 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, and third-party systems. o Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize flow performance. • Power Apps o Design and develop custom business applications using canvas and model-driven apps. o Implement role-based security, data validation, and responsive UI. o Connect apps to Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and other connectors. o Maintain and enhance existing Power Apps solutions. • AI o Create and/or participate in AI solutioning utilizing Agentic AI, Gen AI for Analytics o Integrate the results of AI to Power BI dashboards • General o Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. o Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with organizational standards. o Provide end-user training, documentation, and support. o Stay updated on Power Platform updates and best practices. ________________________________________ Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps. • Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling. • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem. • Experience connecting to APIs and external data sources. • Experience with Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse, and AI Builder • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications • Experience in Artificial Intelligence and integration with Power BI • Experience in SQL, Python for advanced analytics. • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate or similar certification.
