Job Summary Pramac are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center Diesel Generator Project Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of diesel generator projects specifically tailored for data centre applications. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, ensure project Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for data center diesel generator installations and upgrades. Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, manufacturing) and external stakeholders (clients, contractors, vendors). Execution & Delivery: Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of diesel generators at data center sites. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations. Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth project execution. Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies. Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to mitigate safety hazards. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and compliance records. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements related to power generation and data center infrastructure. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Proven experience (5+ years) managing large-scale diesel generator projects, preferably for data centers or critical infrastructure. Strong understanding of power systems, diesel generator technology, and data center requirements. Project management certification (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent) is preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
