- Drive business development, forecast accuracy, and achieve strategic goals by leading key customers through the entire business cycle. - Manage, Grow and Execute on a pipeline of new and existing accounts and opportunities. - Develop business plans and strategies to expand service offerings in the respective cluster/country - Expanding Power Distribution Portfolio in respective cluster/country region - Partners with multiple departments to drive measurable results that benefit Power Distribution service business. - Identifies new service business opportunities and acts as the leader for promoting the implementation together with Country Sales , Local Service and EMEA Service Teams. - Able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships. - Actively seeks out other business opportunities that can boost revenue and helps the company attaining his challenging goals. - Market intelligence, be an expert on Power Distribution Portfolio, how the customer buy and their buying criteria; be an expert on competition and how to differentiate against them. - Focuses on Trade Sales growth through effective sales management within demand&solution generation. - Proactive sales campaigns installed base data management. - Assessment of the opportunities, risk analyses, product/solution development/offering coordinating within the respective functions - Participate to Sales performance review of Service units, actions to close the gaps. - CRM data analysis for respective cluster/country, pipeline quality, forecast, hit rate, orders development vs profit planning. - Support development of market-based strategies, growth initiatives to drive growth together with Country Sales , Local Service and Key Accounts. - Supports implementation of respective cluster/country service contracts, agreements with key account customers, allocation of inquiries within the respective cluster/country, ensuring fast response to customers. - Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings. - Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue. - Lead Local PD Service Sales Resources and participate their performance review - Customer Visits, Meeting ( on-line / off-line ), Site Visit/Assessment if it is required ( min 50% Travelling) - Review Customer Satisfaction for the further improvement & actions - Build Market Intelegence for the required strategy development to define the growth areas and also the right pricing. - Attend industry events and stay up-to-date on market trends, advancements and best practices to maintain competitive positioning. Educated at Bachelors' degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering or Business Strong experience in sales, business development for power distribution products and solutions of at least 5 years "lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of initiatives. experience in dealing with and conducting negotiations with customers. Experience in attending exhibitions/ conferences and conducting presentations. Market and technology savvy, working knowledge of respective cluster/country market, trends, competitors. Strong communication skills, fluent in English, other EMEA languages are a plus." "*An entrepreneurial mindset able to influence stakeholders.
