Ramboll is working on some of the largest railway projects both locally in the Nordics but also internationally, and we are looking for new colleagues to help us grow our capacity, and expertise within the field of power even further.
In our current projects we are working with all aspects and stages of power relating to the railway projects from feasibility studies and specification to implementation, test and commissioning.
We invite you to bring your past experiences as a Railway Infrastructure Owner system supplier or as a consultant into play as you contribute with innovative and high-quality systems engineering skills to help clients specify, procure and deliver within the field of power. To succeed in this role, you must have passion for the profession and preferably have some experience working with power on the railway.
YOU WILL JOIN OUR RAILWAY ELECTRIFICATION AND DIGITALIZATION DEPARTMENT
You will be a valuable team member in our Power and Signalling department – one of four departments in the Rail division, placed at Ramboll headquarters in Copenhagen or our department in Aarhus. Here you will be part of a professional, strong and committed Rail business community with 350 people, including a strong power environment with power engineers working across Ramboll.
We are currently heavily involved in some large track renewal projects and the Femern Tunnel as well as other large, and complex projects in the Nordic countries, Germany, Finland and UK. We continuously have several projects and assignments both locally and internationally – with focus on electrical installations, cables routing, lighting, power supply, switch heating and earthing and bonding.
We are looking for a junior power engineer as well as an experienced discipline lead, power and earthing and bonding. As Discipline lead, you should be able to develop the area and lead the power team on the larger projects, assign tasks, support your team, give input to the monthly reporting to the clients, and handle interfaces to other disciplines.
Pending on the project your key responsibilities may include one or more of the items listed below:
