Description
The Power for Health Associate provides essential administrative, data, and programmatic support to the Health Resiliency Team. This role assists in maintaining smooth administrative functions and operations across multiple programs by assisting with collection and organization of partner information, supporting grantmaking and grant reporting processes, tracking project milestones, and coordinating departmental calendars, communication, and knowledge management. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, a self-starter, and comfortable working across various teams. Administrative & Data Support  * Assists with collecting data from health centers and maintaining accurate files in internal systems.  * Supports routine maintenance of project budgets by helping track expenses and update internal tracking.  * Help retrieve and organize information from internal and external data platforms including publicly available databases, internal QLIK programs, and other sources.  * Supports partner intake by helping gather contact information, RFI materials, signatory details, and entering project information into internal databases. * Helps keep external-facing project trackers current by updating milestones and project status information. Program Support * Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating data requests from the Health Resiliency team.  * Contribute to the preparation of presentations and other deliverables, collaborating with other Direct Relief departments.  * Manage outreach from interested health centers and clinics. * Monitor and manage the program’s Direct Relief inbox.  Grants & Financial Processing Support  * Aid with the grant award process, including preparing documents, recording payments, and supporting Power for Health granting with document management.  * Creates and updates BPIDs for new partners and assists with retrieving information from existing partners for onboarding.  * Help collect required reporting from grantees and ensure materials meet internal compliance.  * Process invoices in the ePO system by logging, documenting, and submitting contractor invoices for payment.  Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience * Familiar with computers and standard software applications such as Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel. * Ability to work both under supervision and independently * Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data and documentation. * Excellent organizational skills and the ability to support multiple tasks at once.  * Good communication skills and a willingness to work collaboratively with other team members, and external partners. * Flexibility and the ability to adapt and learn from partners who operate across a wide spectrum of settings, landscapes, and organizational structures.  Physical Demands: May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
