  Power Generation Field Service Technician Curtis Power Solutions Portsmouth, VA $20-$40 Per Hour   Curtis Power Solutions, a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, has an opening for an experienced Power Generation Field Service Technician at our location in Portsmouth, Virginia. This individual can be looking to start their career or have previous experience as a technician. Indel Power Group is a distributor/dealer for major brands such as mtu, Daimler/Mercedes, Perkins, PSI Engines, Detroit Diesel, Kohler, Cummins, Caterpillar, and Volvo Penta. Occasional heavy lifting and pushing/pulling objects weighing up tp 50 pounds (or more) may be required. While performing the duties of this job, the Technician will frequently use hands to manipulate and grasp objects; reach with hands and arms; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, stretch, or twist to perform repairs and inspections. Good vision to inspect repair work and effective communication are essential. Must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present.
