Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operation and maintenance of power generation equipment.
• Oversee turbines, generators and auxiliary systems.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor plant/equipment performance, efficiency and reliability.
• Analyze operational data and identify performance improvements.
• Respond to equipment failures, operational issues and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise technicians/operators and allocate daily activities.
• Monitor team performance and provide technical guidance and training.
• Maintain equipment maintenance, incident and operational records.
• Prepare regular performance and maintenance reports.
• Support annual operational plans, KPIs and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in power generation operations and/or maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge of turbines, generators and auxiliary systems.
• Knowledge of preventive & corrective maintenance.
• Experience supervising technical/operations teams.
• Strong troubleshooting, emergency-response and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HSE and power-generation operational standards.
