QUALIFICATIONS

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
  • Training in AI and Copilot Solutions: Courses that cover the new GPT-powered experiences for Power Platform, such as Copilot Studio generative actions and AI Builder create text with GPT.

EXPERIENCE

  • Hands-On Experience: proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Project Management: Proven track record of managing full lifecycle software development projects.
  • AI Integration: Experience in integrating AI capabilities with business applications, particularly using AI Builder and Copilot features.
  • Data Analysis: Strong background in data analysis and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Experience working in collaborative environments, with a focus on agile development methodologies.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

AN OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

A Power Platform and Copilot Developer plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency by leveraging Microsoft’s Power Platform and AI capabilities to drive innovation and automation in business processes.
Please note, this is a hybrid position requiring in-office attendance at our Worcester location twice a week.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop Applications: Create, customise, and maintain applications using Power Apps to meet business requirements.
  • Automate Business Processes: Utilise Power Automate to design, develop, and implement automated workflows that streamline operations.
  • Integrate AI Solutions: Implement AI Builder and Copilot features to enhance app intelligence and automate complex tasks.
  • Data Management: Manage data sources, ensure data integrity, and optimise data usage within Power Platform solutions.
  • Collaboration and Training: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Power Platform solutions and provide training to end-users.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyse the performance of Power Platform solutions to identify and implement improvements.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest updates and features in Power Platform and Copilot to leverage new capabilities for business advantage.
