JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Power Platform Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to empower our clients to solve complex business challenges, streamline processes, and drive digital transformation.

- Proven experience in architecting and delivering solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
- Experience with Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service) and its integration with Power Platform solutions.
- Proficiency in Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, API Management, Azure Functions) and their integration with Power Platform.
- Familiarity with software development principles, including ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g., Git).
- Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements for Power Platform solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform Solution Architect, Azure Developer Associate).
Responsibilities:
- Designing and architecting end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio).
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyze workflows, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Developing and overseeing the integration of Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services (e.g., Dynamics 365, Azure, Microsoft 365) and third-party systems.
- Ensuring solutions adhere to best practices for scalability, security, and governance.
- Leading the development and delivery of proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes to demonstrate solution feasibility.
- Providing technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to developers and other team members.
- Defining and implementing governance policies, including data loss prevention, security roles, and environments management.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform capabilities, updates, and industry trends to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.
- Creating and delivering documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and user training materials
