WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
SharePoint Expertise: Deep knowledge of SharePoint Online, permissions, automation, site architecture, and governance.
Power BI Wizardry: You can model data, write DAX with your eyes closed, and make dashboards that executives actually use.
Power Platform Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and ideally Power Virtual Agents.
Leadership Mojo: Proven experience leading technical teams and cross-functional projects. You’ve done the work and know how to inspire others to do it well.
Top-Tier Communication: You’re a natural presenter and an empathetic trainer who adapts to audiences from boardrooms to beginners.
Customer Service Mindset: Calm under pressure, proactive with solutions, and always two steps ahead of client expectations.
Track Record > Certifications: Got Microsoft certs like PL-100, PL-200, PL-600, or SharePoint Administrator? Great. Don’t have them but can prove your results? Even better.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re on the hunt for a Power Platform powerhouse — someone who eats SharePoint for breakfast, builds Power BI dashboards in their sleep, and trains teams with the charisma of a TED speaker. If you’re equal parts tech expert, strategic thinker, and customer whisperer, we want to hear from you.
You’ll lead the charge in building transformative digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and beyond), while mentoring a capable team and serving as a trusted guide to our customers.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Lead the Power Revolution: Architect and implement scalable solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform — from Power BI dashboards that make data sing to SharePoint environments that actually work.
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a small (but mighty) team of developers, analysts, and consultants.
Client Engagement: Act as the face of the company for Power Platform initiatives — lead discovery sessions, present solutions, train users, and ensure clients see real results.
Train Like a Pro: Deliver workshops, webinars, and custom training sessions with clarity, flair, and a touch of humor.
Customer Success: Understand client needs before they do. Translate tech-speak into business wins and ensure satisfaction across the board.
Own the Roadmap: Stay ahead of the curve on Microsoft updates, best practices, and how to apply them in real-world business environments.
