ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Power Platform Consultant who thrives on solving complex business challenges through smart, scalable Microsoft solutions. If you’re fluent in SharePoint, skilled in Power BI, and confident leading client engagements and training sessions, this role is for you.
You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering impactful digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools — including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online. You’ll also lead a talented team, engage directly with clients, and drive innovation across projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Solution Architecture & Delivery: Design and implement end-to-end solutions using Power Platform tools, including Power BI dashboards, Power Apps, automated workflows, and SharePoint integrations.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of developers and consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous growth.
  • Client Interaction: Lead discovery sessions, present tailored solutions, conduct training, and serve as a strategic advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Training & Enablement: Deliver engaging workshops, webinars, and hands-on sessions to empower users and stakeholders.
  • Customer Success: Translate technical capabilities into business value, proactively address client needs, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Platform Expertise: Stay current with Microsoft updates, best practices, and emerging trends to inform solution design and strategy.
