With deep expertise in the Power Platform and its surrounding technologies, you excel at crafting scalable, secure, and efficient applications that meet evolving business needs. You understand how to translate complex business challenges into practical, automated solutions by leveraging low-code/no-code tools alongside pro-code customizations. Your problem-solving mindset and ability to quickly adapt to emerging technologies enable you to continuously enhance solution architectures that deliver long-term value.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of leading digital transformation initiatives using low-code/no-code solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience working in operational organization or supporting various operational functions, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.
  • Prefer Microsoft Power Platform Certifications:
  • PL-900 - Power Platform Fundamentals
  • PL-100 - Power Platform App Maker Associate
  • PL-200 - Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
  • PL-400 - Power Platform Developer Associate
  • PL-600 - Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
  • PL-700 - Power Platform Solution Architect Associate

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform)
  • Familiarity with integration between low-code platforms and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of business process automation and workflow optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward innovation.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Technical knowledge of Power Platform extensibility into pro-code solutions such as PowerApps Framework Controls and Application Lifecycle Management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra, Purview, and security products to ensure Power Platform solutions are compliant, secure, and scalable within enterprise environments.
  • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Azure services (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, Azure Functions) to build enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Knowledge of security best practices within the Power Platform ecosystem

  • Scalable Solutions Design: Ensure that all solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational goals and standards.
  • Governance, Security, and Compliance: Implement data security measures and governance protocols. Ensure that compliance is integrated into the development process from the start.
  • Documentation and Best Practices: Document best practices, solution architectures, and processes for future reference.
  • End-User Training and Support: Train and support end-users in utilizing developed tools effectively.
  • Evolving Technical Capabilities: Stay current with emerging technologies and upskill resources to meet future business needs.
  • User-Friendly Solutions: Create user-friendly applications and dashboards that enable teams to manage and monitor processes with ease.
