ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT FOR REMOTE POSITIONS: For remote positions, all candidates must complete a video screen with our corporate recruiting team. Responsibilities POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Consultant / Developer to support application and automation development initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform. The role is primarily remote, with occasional onsite delivery within Japan (approximately once every two months). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and PowerShell scripting, along with a solid understanding of basic computer networking concepts. You will work closely with stakeholders to design, develop, deploy, and govern Power Platform solutions that meet business requirements. This role requires native Japanese language skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Experience of Power Apps Application development Experience of Power Automate flow development Experience of usage of Copilot Studio Experience of usage of Powershell scripts Basic knowledge of computer network (HTTP, TLS, TCP/IP, DNS) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience. Japanese native or fluent (Read/Write/Speak/Hear) English skill is not necessary. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
