Our ideal candidates embrace diverse thinking, enjoy partnering with others and are seeking to make a difference!We are currently searching for a new, full-time member for our team for the position of: Power Platform Developer About the Role We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer with hands-on experience building solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role supports our government customer by developing applications, workflows, and integrations that enhance business processes and increase user productivity. The ideal candidate will have experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Bi, SharePoint components, and modern Microsoft 365 development practices. This role is mostly remote, but it will require onsite travel to Ashburn, VA on a regular basis (monthly to semi-monthly). Key Responsibilities Design and build Canvas and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps. Develop Power Automate flows for process automation and system integration. Create and manage Power BI dashboards for data visualization and reporting. Implement Dataverse and other connectors for secure and efficient data storage. Customize and extend solutions using Power Fx, JavaScript, and APIs. Ensure solutions adhere to governance, security, and compliance standards. Troubleshoot and optimize existing Power Platform solutions. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs. Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform updates and best practices. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Strong understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Proficiency in Power Fx, formulas, and expressions. Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and integration patterns. Knowledge of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform. Familiarity with security roles, environment strategies, and solution packaging. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. · Onsite site work required as directed by client. This role is mostly remote, but it will require onsite travel to Ashburn, VA on a regular basis (monthly to semi-monthly). Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400). Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps). Background in SQL, C#, or JavaScript for advanced customizations. Understanding data modeling and relational database concepts.
