Job Summary:
We are seeking a Power Platform Developer to design and develop business productivity applications that support key organizational initiatives. This role involves leveraging development best practices and user-centered design principles to deliver scalable, intuitive, and maintainable solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. The developer will work in close collaboration with the Application Development team and cross-functional business stakeholders to understand needs, streamline processes, and drive operational efficiency through tailored application solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in building custom applications using Microsoft PowerApps and the Power Platform
• Experience working with Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, and Azure Functions to develop end-to-end solutions
• Dynamics 365 Sales or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
• JavaScript experience
• Familiar with Azure DevOps and Azure Services for managing and deploying applications
• Able to test, validate, and troubleshoot custom components in Dynamics 365, including forms, views, tables, and fields
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example and mentor others in software development best practices
• Skilled in designing scalable, supportable solution architectures that align with evolving business needs
• Hands-on experience working within Agile or Scrum development environments
• 1–3 years of professional experience in Power Platform development or a similar technical role

Responsibilities:

• Work with a product team to develop, test, and maintain business applications built on Microsoft technologies
• Design, develop, and test applications in accordance with established standards
• Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
• Package and support deployment of releases
• Analyze and resolve technical and application problems
• Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and within scope
• Able to focus on multiple projects concurrently

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
