Job Summary: A Power Platform Developer designs and implements business solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. They integrate disparate systems, automate workflows, and create data insights to improve business productivity and efficiency. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives.

• Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement custom applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to meet complex business requirements and leveraging DEVOPS and both Waterfall and Agile Practices.
• Workflow Automation: Create and optimize automated workflows to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Data Management: Utilize Dataverse, SQL, and other data sources for secure and scalable data integration.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Provide technical guidance to junior developers and contribute to team capability building.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure robust and reliable applications.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, processes, and user guides.
• Innovation: Stay current with the latest Power Platform features, including Copilot Studio, and recommend enhancements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Experience with REST APIs, Azure services, JavaScript, C#, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
