POSITION SUMMARY:
The SharePoint Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern SharePoint Online solutions that drive business success. This role focuses on creating innovative, cloud-based applications, automated workflows, and seamless integrations with Microsoft 365 and other enterprise systems. The SharePoint Developer will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that enhance collaboration, productivity, and digital transformation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SharePoint development and administration.
- Proven experience with SharePoint Online (Office 365) and modern SharePoint development practices.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Online features such as modern lists, libraries, workflows, and permissions.
- Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for managing SharePoint Online environments and the SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Hands-on experience with development technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, C#, and .NET.
- Experience using Microsoft Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate) for creating dynamic workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation, interpersonal, consulting, and analytical abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in an agile, cloud-first environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Candidates must have a valid driver’s license.Preferred: Microsoft SharePoint certifications.
