About the Role

We're partnering with a well-established organisation at the beginning of an exciting automation and digital transformation journey. Rather than stepping into a large established technology team, you'll have the opportunity to help shape how the business leverages Microsoft technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy and user experience.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, identifying opportunities and building practical solutions that deliver measurable business value. 

Working closely with stakeholders across multiple business functions, you'll influence direction, challenge existing processes and develop applications and automations that save time, reduce manual effort and improve operational outcomes.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop Power Apps solutions that support key business processes
• Build Power Automate workflows that improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
• Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define solutions
• Drive continuous improvement through application development and process optimisation
• Act as the platform owner across the business
• About YouProven experience developing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
• Experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations desirable 
• Comfortable operating autonomously and leading technical outcomes
• Strong stakeholder engagement and business analysis capability
• Passion for continuous improvement and solving business challenges
• Experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL a huge advantage
