VACANCY FOR POWER PLATFORM DEVELOPER

We are looking for a skilled Power Platform Developer to join our innovative team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power Platform solutions that convert business requirements into high-functioning applications. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance applications using Microsoft Power Apps , Power Automate , Power BI , SharePoint , and Dataverse .
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience within the Power Platform ecosystem, with a proven ability to build robust and scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly with various systems.

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 3 years of professional IT experience , with a minimum of 2 years working extensively with the Microsoft Power Platform .
• Proven experience designing and deploying complex solutions using Power Apps , Power Automate , Power BI , and Dataverse .
• Strong knowledge of integrating Microsoft technologies like SharePoint , Dynamics 365 , and Azure .

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps), Power Automate , Power BI , and Dataverse .
• Strong proficiency in Power Platform governance , environment management , and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management).
• Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems .
• Experience with API integrations , JSON , REST , and OData .
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps , Azure Functions ) is a plus.

• Develop Custom Solutions:
• Design and build advanced Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards to address business needs.
• Lead End-to-End Projects:Own the entire solution lifecycle—from gathering requirements to deployment and post-implementation support.

• Systems Integration:

• Implement seamless integrations between Power Platform and other systems, including SharePoint , Dynamics 365 , Azure , on-premise systems, and third-party APIs.
• Solution Architecture:Lead architecture and design discussions, ensuring applications meet security, performance, and scalability requirements.

• Governance & Best Practices:

• Establish and maintain governance, security, and compliance protocols within Power Platform environments, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Team Collaboration:Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand business needs, define project scopes, and deliver high-quality solutions.

• Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing Power Platform solutions for enhanced performance.
• Training & Mentorship:
• Mentor junior developers and provide training to business users on the use of Power Platform tools.
