ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently seeking Power Platform Developer to join our IT team. XPS Group IT provides IT services to all 2000 employees in offices located across the UK and Ireland. We operate an extensive in-house IT services function including 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support, Cyber Security Services, Application Support and Development. Currently we manage some 500 VM on our internal network across two datacentres but are shifting our focus to Azure services and infrastructure.
Part of the cloud transformation and efficiency initiative will be the development of process automation working across the software ecosystems in our organization. The successful candidate will be part of this exciting new development team focussed on the delivery of prioritized automation projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The design and development of automation solutions built primarily on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and Azure Logic Apps.
• Support and maintain existing automation solutions
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical designs and solutions.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of automation governance, development standards, documentation protocols.
• Work alongside our IT specialist teams to ensure data security, infrastructure & networking standards are respected.
• Stay updated in all business service features and developments to ensure we remain focused on relevant services
