You’ll help organisations embrace digital transformation – from ideation to implementation – with governance, scalability, and business value at the core.
Responsibilities
Consult with clients to define business problems and translate them into functional and technical designs
Build and configure solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite
Facilitate workshops and demos to engage stakeholders and gather feedback
Establish strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across business and IT, ensuring alignment, transparency, and buy-in throughout the project lifecycle
Work closely with delivery leads, designers, and developers to ensure quality outcomes
Support client upskilling and adoption through training and documentation
Contribute to solution governance, standards, and patterns across client environments
Stay on the pulse of new Power Platform features and trends
5+ Years of consulting experience, including:
Experience in technical or functional consulting with Microsoft Power Platform
Strong understanding of business processes, and ability to map and improve them
Ability to elicit requirements and turn them into effective user stories or designs
Solid knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and ideally Power BI
Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365 integration
Strong communication skills and confidence in working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
A growth mindset, and a natural curiosity for solving problems with technology
Desirable
Business consulting and SCRUM master exposure
Experience with Dynamics 365 (particularly Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service modules)
Familiarity with solution architecture and Power Platform governance best practices
Exposure to Azure services, custom connectors, or integration with external systems
Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform or Dynamics 365
