Job Description Contribute to develop power semiconductors solutions for SiC-based discretes, modules and within industrial applications, incl solid state transformers, AI data centers, energy storage systems and eVTOLs, etc. Provide first level technical support for main customers and partners for above mentioned applications in China. Proactively work on optimized solutions for our customers’ applications together with Bosch global team, application & system engineers as well as Chinese local product managers, development engineers and project managers. Discuss innovative approaches with customer development team and collaborate with Bosch team to drive cost/performance optimization of our products w/in the customers’ system. Understand customers’ pain points & use cases / functions to be able to shape them into system requirements for ongoing and future product developments Prepare and execute customer presentations and product/application trainings and support our customers during the evaluation of our products. Support SiC products promotion at above mentioned industrial applications customers, together with project managers and product managers Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering in electronics or physics related subject At least 3 years of experience as FAE or Development Engineer with power semiconductor products Strong industrial application orientation in Power Supply, SST, ESS, Solar and Off-highway Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with customers. Ability to understand and translate customer’s pain points into concrete SiC based solutions concepts, which requires good technical understanding of SiC products Very good written & spoken English High self-motivation for business creation and business success Legal Entity: Bosch (Chengdu) Information Technology Service Ltd.

Responsibilities
