Hunter Auto Group is seeking a full-time, on-site Power Sports Parts Manager to lead our parts department and elevate the customer experience. As our Power Sports Parts Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our parts operations. You’ll oversee inventory, manage a dedicated team, and ensure that both our service department and retail customers have exactly what they need to keep their adventures moving. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the parts department team to achieve sales goals and maintain high service standards Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock of parts and accessories while minimizing obsolescence Oversee purchasing and vendor relationships to secure the best pricing and availability Support the Service Department by ensuring timely delivery of parts for repair orders Enhance the retail experience by maintaining an organized, attractive showroom display Monitor financial performance, including gross profit, expenses, and inventory turnover Ensure technical accuracy in identifying parts for various makes and models of motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs Implement and maintain efficient processes for shipping, receiving, and special orders What We’re Looking For Proven experience in parts management (Automotive or Power Sports preferred) Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail regarding inventory and logistics Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to master DMS and electronic parts catalogs Customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships Strong communication skills for interacting with staff, vendors, and customers Analytical ability to review reports and drive departmental profitability Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening What We Offer Health insurance Dental and Vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Wellness Program Employee discounts on vehicles, service, parts, and accessories Professional growth and advancement opportunities Positive and supportive team environment Referral bonus program Employee appreciation events Closed Sundays Strong community involvement and a people-first culture Driven by Core Values.
