The Chief Technical Architect Office is advancing Oracle’s next-generation data center strategy by unifying digital design, physical build, and operations into a cohesive architecture. As a Power Systems Architect (Owner’s Engineer Lead), you will own the end-to-end architectural vision, systems strategy, and technical standards for electrical power delivery from grid through onsite generation to data center. Operating at a principal architect/VP-equivalent individual contributor level, you will serve as the final technical authority for high-voltage transmission, substations, interconnection, and site power integration across our global infrastructure portfolio. This role sets the technical and compliance direction, oversees execution, and ensures our design philosophy delivers unmatched performance, resiliency, and cost efficiency—without direct people management responsibility.
